- When you have found the item you like, choose your preferred size (if available) and click 'Add to Cart'.
- When you are done shopping, click 'View Cart' to see all items before proceeding to 'Checkout'.
- Fill in the necessary payment and shipping details.
For payment confirmations, send a screenshot or a photo of the deposit slip to: orders@dailygrindstore.com
Once your order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email together with the tracking number will be send to you wherein you can track using J&T Express for local orders and DHL for international orders.

Metro Manila: PHP 50.00
Provincial: PHP 99.00
WHAT SHIPPING COURIERS DO YOU USE?
For orders within the Philippines, we ship via J&T Express.
For orders outside the Philippines, we ship via DHL.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
For orders within Metro Manila: Delivery lead time of 2-5 days.
For orders outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines: Delivery lead time of 4-7 days.
For orders outside the Philippines: Delivery lead time of 7 days to 1 month.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A tracking number will be sent to you via the email you indicated when buying. If you haven't received a tracking number, it means your order is still being processed by our system.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee that your order arrives at your doorstep in its best condition.
I BOUGHT VIA THE DAILY GRIND STORE BUT MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT, CAN I HAVE IT REPLACED?
Yes, we would gladly replace damaged, defective, or incorrect items given to you. Please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the item.
We apologize and we would like to make things right by replacing it with free shipping.

I BOUGHT AT SUEZ & ZAPOTE STORE BUT MY ORDER IS DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT, CAN HAVE IT REPLACED?
No, store bought items cannot be replaced anymore as you had the opportunity to check the item first hand before buying. Please make sure to check on the items before paying at the cashier.
I BOUGHT AT SUEZ & ZAPOTE STORE, BUT I WANT A DIFFERENT DESIGN/ COLORWAY/SIZE/PRODUCT, CAN HAVE IT EXCHANGED?
Yes, we accept return and exchange of products within 7 days upon receiving the item given that it is in good condition:
- Original tag still attached
- Unwashed and unused
- Free of stains, make-up, deodorant, and the likes
For replacement items with a lower value, no change will be given. For replacement items with a higher value, you will have to pay the remaining balance.

PARTNERSHIP
I'M INTERESTED TO RESELL YOUR PRODUCTS. HOW DOES THE PROCESS GO?
Thanks for your interest in becoming one of our resellers. We have been looking for partners to help us share the brand and cater to our market. Please read the important notes below before filling out the form that is at the end of this message.
As our reseller, you would be entitled to a discount based on the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of each merchandise. This would depend on the minimum quantity you will order from us and the designs to be selected from our line list which is on a per season basis. We have packages for the Minimum Outright Purchase of T-shirts:
On accessories and other products, the discount will vary. We will reflect this on the line list we will send every season. We will assist you with the marketing materials needed to help you sell the products. This includes posting on our website and social media pages about our official partner resellers, distributors stores, locations.
Your application will be under review once you filled up the form. Once we have selected resellers, we will be sending you a draft contract for you to review the terms. If they are agreeable to you, we can then sign the contract and proceed to sending you the line list for your selection of items.
